1. Who handles your information

Individual Entrepreneur Korniienko Ivan Serhiiovych is responsible for personal data handled by NerdyDrums. Registered address: 18/20 Herzen Street, Kyiv, Ukraine. Privacy contact: nerdydrums@gmail.com. Business details are on the Contact Information page.

2. What information is handled

• Contact details you provide, such as email, name or phone number.
• Order selections, payment reference and status, price, delivery details and support messages.
• Music files, links, references and other project materials you send.
• Technical request information, such as IP address, browser details and request time, which may appear in hosting logs.
• What you send through the contact form: your email, subject, message and attached files.

An email address is needed to arrange and deliver an order. You can browse without placing an order. Please avoid sending personal information that is unrelated to the project.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

• Enquiries, agreed recording work, delivery and revisions: steps requested before a contract and performance of that contract.
• Transaction and accounting records: legal obligations.
• Security, abuse prevention and resolving disputes: legitimate interests in protecting the site and documenting orders, balanced against your rights.
• Optional processing based on consent, if requested separately: that consent, which you can withdraw.

NerdyDrums does not sell personal data or add order contacts to advertising mailing lists. The calculator uses your selected session options to display a price; it does not profile you or make decisions based on your personal characteristics.

4. Payment information

The payment provider offered for your order handles card or payment-account details under its own policy. NerdyDrums receives only the order and payment information needed to confirm and fulfil the order, not your full card number or CVV.

5. Browser storage and external media

The site does not store anything in your browser: the English and Ukrainian versions are separate addresses (/ and /uk/). No NerdyDrums analytics or advertising trackers are configured.

Google Fonts, Fontshare, Spotify previews, YouTube videos and Instagram media connect to external services when the page or media loads, even before playback. The video behind the home page heading plays automatically, muted, from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) once the page has loaded, and stops loading when you scroll past it. These services may receive your IP address and browser information and may use their own cookies or storage. Their processing is governed by their own policies; changing the site language does not change those policies.

You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser. Blocking external services may prevent fonts, players or gallery media from loading.

6. Providers and international processing

Messages from the contact form, with any attached files, are sent by email through Hostinger’s mail service to nerdydrums@gmail.com; they are not stored on the website. Information may be handled by Hostinger for hosting and that mail, Google/Gmail for correspondence and fonts, Fontshare (Indian Type Foundry) for fonts, the payment provider selected for the order, and the file-transfer service agreed for a project. Spotify, Google/YouTube and Meta/Instagram process information associated with their external media. Information may also be disclosed when legally required.

These providers may process information in countries other than yours, including outside Ukraine or the EEA. Their policies explain their locations and transfer safeguards. You can contact Ivan for information about the providers used for your particular order.

Relevant provider policies: Hostinger, Google, Spotify and Meta / Instagram.

7. Retention and security

• Project files remain available for two weeks after delivery for agreed corrections. Longer retention depends on an active project, support request, dispute or a separate agreement; this is not a permanent backup service.
• Order, payment and accounting records are kept for the legally required period and while a related dispute remains unresolved.
• Correspondence is retained while needed to handle the enquiry, fulfil the order or document a related claim. Hosting logs follow the hosting provider’s retention settings.

Records are deleted or anonymised when they are no longer needed and no legal retention duty applies. Ask Ivan about the retention criteria for your order. Access is limited to the people and providers needed for the work; no online system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights and requests

Depending on the law applicable to your data, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw any consent you previously gave. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing. Some records must be retained for legal obligations.

Send privacy requests to nerdydrums@gmail.com. Reasonable verification may be needed to avoid disclosing data to someone else. Requests are handled within the applicable legal time limit. You may also complain to Ukraine’s Parliamentary Commissioner for Human Rights or the data-protection authority competent for your location.

9. Policy updates

The date above identifies this policy version. Material changes to how order information is used will be communicated where required; an update does not remove existing rights.
