2. Services and digital products

NerdyDrums provides remote acoustic drum recording and related production services. Downloadable loops, sample packs, one-shots, multitracks and MIDI files may also be offered. Only the services and products listed as available at the time of ordering can be purchased.

3. Orders and project scope

Your order includes the calculator or checkout selections and the project details confirmed in writing. Send your drumless track, BPM, references, wishes and preferred deadline to agree on the recording brief. A preferred deadline becomes an agreed delivery date only when Ivan confirms it.

Provide accurate information and only send materials you have permission to use. Work starts after payment, receipt of the necessary project materials and confirmation of the brief. Any additional charge or material change to the order must be agreed before the extra work begins.

If an applicable law gives you a withdrawal period, starting the service during that period requires a separate express request. Payment alone is not treated as a waiver of mandatory cancellation rights.

4. Prices and payment

The site’s calculator prices are in USD. The selected service, total and available payment method are shown before you confirm payment. The currency actually charged by a provider may differ; any conversion amount shown at checkout must be reviewed before payment.

Bank or payment-provider exchange rates and fees may apply.

5. Delivery and revisions

Recordings are delivered digitally in the agreed format. The standard drum-recording service includes unlimited revisions during the short sound-demo stage and three rounds of full-track drum-part revisions. One round can cover a complete list of changes. Additional full-track revision rounds cost $30 each, unless your written order specifies different terms.

Mixed stems, one-shots and other extras are included only when selected or agreed. Completed project files remain available for two weeks after delivery for small post-production corrections. A substantial change to the song or brief may require a new recording and a separately agreed price.

6. Use of custom recordings

After full payment, you may use the delivered custom drum recordings in your musical project, including commercial release, promotion and distribution. No transfer of ownership of your song to NerdyDrums is required.

You may not sell or distribute the isolated drum recordings as a standalone sample pack, loop library, stock-audio product or competing downloadable asset without written permission. Any broader assignment of rights or special licensing terms must be agreed in writing.

7. Digital product licence

Unless a product page specifies otherwise, purchased loops, samples, one-shots and MIDI files may be used in your own original musical productions, including commercial releases.

You may not resell, share, upload, sublicense or repackage the source files, or substantially identical versions of them, as a standalone audio or MIDI library. Sharing files with people working on the same musical production is limited to that production; it does not give them a separate library licence.

8. Cancellations, refunds and defects

See the Refund Policy for the voluntary cancellation window, mandatory withdrawal rights, incomplete delivery and defective files. A restriction on change-of-mind refunds does not remove your rights if the agreed service is not performed or the supplied content is defective.

9. Changes to these terms

Prices, availability and these terms may change for future orders. The version in force when your order is accepted applies to that order; later changes do not alter it without your agreement.

10. Responsibility and privacy

Keep copies of source and delivered files. NerdyDrums does not control outages or fees imposed by third-party platforms, banks or providers. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Personal information is handled as explained in the Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable law and questions

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase. Contact nerdydrums@gmail.com to discuss a dispute; your statutory rights to use the competent courts or consumer authorities remain available.
